Baked OkraCrunchy okra taste without all the fat of deep frying. Baked okra is a good alternative. Easier too!

Baked Okra

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Okra
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Wash and slice okra, as for frying.
  • Toss with olive oil and seasonings.
  • Spread on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until starting to crisp.
