Crunchy okra taste without all the fat of deep frying. Baked okra is a good alternative. Easier too!
Baked Okra
Ingredients
- 1 pound Okra
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Garlic Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375.

Wash and slice okra, as for frying.

Toss with olive oil and seasonings.

Spread on a baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until starting to crisp.
