Cauliflower is a tasty and versatile vegetable. I’m surprised to still be getting it from our favorite farmer, but this has not been a normal year, weatherize.
Did you know it was this colorful? I think for years I only knew about the more common white cauliflower. You can make some pretty dishes with all of those colors!
Cooking cauliflower is super easy. My favorite way is to roast it with lots of garlic. Then add parmesan cheese during the last five minutes. This Spring, I was into making soups out of cauliflower. Either alone or with broccoli.
My sister adds cauliflower in with her mashed potatoes. Just don’t tell her kids.
