Jalapeño Lime Salad Dressing

Jalapeño Lime Salad Dressing
You’re looking at dressing using red jalapeños and whole seed mustard.
Jalapeño Lime Salad Dressing has become our favorite dressing. It has been a lot of years since I bought salad dressing. There are many reasons to make your own dressings:

  • Salad dressings are really easy to make.
  • They are much cheaper than store bought dressings.
  • They are healthier than store bought dressings.
  • You control the amount of salt.
  • You control they type of oils that go into your dressing.
  • You can ensure there are no undesirable additives, such as MSG. (This is my number one reason, since MSG gives me migraines.)

Making salad dressings became even easier with the introduction of the stick blender! {affiliate link} If you don’t have a stick blender, you can still make this salad dressing, see alternate instructions in the recipe.
