When cooked, onions take on a sweet personality. They’re also a good source of biotin, Vitamins B6 & C, calcium, chromium and dietary fiber. Mushrooms provide us with vitamins B6, B12, C, and D, as well as niacin, pantothenic acid, and riboflavin. Combined they make a tasty dish. I grew up with this dish. We often had it over steaks cooked on the grill – delicious. OR, it’s good as its own vegetable dish!
