Sauteed Mushrooms and Onions

Ingredients

  • 1 pound mushrooms sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 Tbsp butter or more
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat
  2. Saute onions in butter until transparent, about 10 minutes
  3. Add more butter if needed
  4. Add mushrooms and cover
  5. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally
  6. Season with salt & pepper
