Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cranberries 4 cups
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups organic cane sugar

Instructions

  1. Put cranberries in a sauce pan.
  2. Pour in 2 cups boiling water.
  3. Bring to a boil and then cover.
  4. Boil for 3-4 minutes until the skins start popping (you'll hear them).
  5. Add 2 cups sugar.
  6. Bring to a rolling boil and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Pour into a heat-resistant bowl and cool.
  8. Refrigerate.
