Sautéed Bell Peppers

Servings 4 people


  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin



  1. Peel, cut in half and slice the onion into 1/2 inch slices

  2. Wash, cut in half, core and slice each bell pepper into 1/2 inch slices


  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet or wok until hot. This could take 3-4 minute

  2. Added the sliced onion and cook until translucent

  3. Add the sliced bell peppers

  4. Give it all a good stir and cover

  5. Cook for 10 minutes or until tender
